Visit Days
Please Note: A City of Georgetown Waiver must be completed for each person attending. This is a separate step outside of sign up that needs to happen prior to your Visit Day.

New to Earth Native? Come check out what we are all about! We will be holding two Visit Days in late March for those interested in our Owl Eyes program for the 2026-27 school year.

Tuesday, March 24 (for students who will be ages 9-12 by 9/30/26)

Wednesday, March 25 (for students who will be ages 6-9 by 9/30/26)
This event is for both parents and potential students to attend, meet our Instructors, and get a sample of what we are all about! This is an optional day and is not required before enrolling in the program.

(If a parent would like to attend without a child, that is okay. Please fill out this form instead of signing up below.)

Parents will attend an info session while the kids join the Earth Native Instructors and this year's class for some outdoor fun! After the info session parents will get a chance to watch their kids as they interact with the program.

If you would like to attend our Visit Day, please register using the "Sign Up" button below. Spaces are limited. Please register each child participating.
After registering you will receive a confirmation email with details.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: It is mandatory to attend a Visit Day to enroll in the 2026-27 school year.
A: No, not at all! This is completely optional. If you have already decided to sign up for this program there is no need to come to this day. We will have a Parent Orientation at the beginning of the school year, that will give you all of the information you need to prepare your kids for the program.

Q: Can I drop my kids off or have a friend’s family bring them?
A: No, all children that attend must be with their own parent/guardian. This event is meant for both prospective students and parents to get to know our program and staff.
Q: Do I need to come for the whole time?
A: It is intended for you and your children to attend the entire 3 hour event. It is not an open house. If you must leave early, you may miss some valuable information.
Q: I can’t make it on the scheduled day, is there another day I can attend?
A: Unfortunately due to our busy program schedule we are only able to hold these specific Visit Days each year for our Owl Eyes program. If you are unable to make it to one of the Visit Days and would like your child to check out our programs, we would recommend signing them up for one of our 1-day Weekend Classes or a Summer Camp in order to get a feel for our programs.

Time: 10am-1pm (Pack a lunch!)

What: A time for both prospective new students and parents to learn more about our Owl Eyes program and see part of a class day.
​
Cost: $25 per student (If you enroll in the program for 2026-27, this fee will be credited towards your tuition.)
