For Monthly Programs (Does not include Bi-Monthly Programs: Teen Wilderness Adventure and Tracks & Trails. See section below.)
If you cancel/withdraw from any monthly program for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the course starting date you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 registration fee.

Fewer than 30 days prior to the start date or after the first class - you will receive a 50% refund of the total program tuition.

After the 2nd class, no refund /credit will be given.

For 8-9 Month Programs (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Bi-Monthy)
(Includes: Wild Outside, Wild Life Forest Preschool, Forest Roots, Owl Eyes, Tracks & Trails, Teen Wilderness Adventure, Survival Skills Intensive, Wildlife Tracking Intensive)
Program Registration Fees are non-refundable or transferable and are NOT considered to be a part of the program tuition.
If you cancel/withdraw from a program for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the course starting date: You will receive a full refund of all paid program tuition. (Note: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another program or person - i.e. Monthly Programs, Summer Camps, Weekend Classes, etc.)

Fewer than 30 days prior to the program start date: If you have paid in full you will receive a refund of all program tuition paid minus a late withdrawal fee (see fees below). If you have enrolled in the installment plan you will be responsible for paying the amount of your first month's installment. Upon withdrawal, the late withdrawal fee will automatically be charged to the payment method you used at registration. Withdrawal Fees: Wild Life Forest Preschool (Box Turtles/Tree Frogs) $345, Wild Life Forest Preschool (Hedgehogs) $175, Wild Outside/Forest Roots/Owl Eyes $199, Tracks and Trails $135, Teen Wilderness Adventure $150, Survival Skills Intensive $335, Wildlife Tracking Intensive $272

On the 1st day of class and the 30 days that follow: If you have paid in FULL you will receive a 75% refund of the total program tuition. If you are enrolled in the installment plan and you cancel/withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 25% of the total program tuition. If 25% of the tuition has not already been paid by the withdrawal date, the payment method you used at registration will automatically be charged the difference.

31-60 calendar days after the 1st day of class: If you have paid in FULL you will receive a 50% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on the installment plan and you cancel/withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 50% of the total program tuition and will need to continue to make installment payments until 50% of the total tuition has been paid (as agreed during program registration).

61-90 calendar days after the 1st day of class: If you have paid in FULL you will receive a 25% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on an installment plan and you cancel/withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 75% of the total program tuition and will need to continue to make installment payments until 75% of the total tuition has been paid (as agreed during program registration).

After 90 days from the program’s start date: No refund will be given. If you are paying on an installment plan you are required to pay for the program tuition in FULL and/or continue to make the remainder of your scheduled installment payments.

For Summer Camps
If you cancel for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the camp starting date you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 registration fee.

14-29 days prior to the camp starting date, you will receive a 50% refund.

13 days or less prior to the camp starting date and once the camp has begun, there will be no refund/credit.

If you are requesting to switch camp weeks:

14 days or more prior to your current camp week - Available at no charge if there is a spot open in your desired camp.

7-13 days prior to your current camp week - Available for a $50 fee, if there is a spot open in your desired camp.

For All Other Classes
If you cancel for any reason:

30 days or more prior to the class starting date you will receive a full refund, minus a registration fee (20% of class cost).

14-29 days prior to the class starting date, you will receive a 50% refund.

13 days or less prior to the class starting date and once the class has begun, there will be no refund/credit.
