Q: Where are you located?
A: While we run classes at various location in Austin and the surrounding area, our school's campus is located at 137 Woodview Lane, Bastrop, TX 78602

Q: My child attended your summer camp and I am in need of your TAX ID number.

Q: Who can I email/call for general class questions?
Q: Is a particular week of summer camp full?
A: We will CLEARLY mark when any camps or classes are full and give you an option to join the wait list.
Q: My child is not quite the age required for the class/camp we would like to enroll in. Is it ok to enroll them?
A: Very possibly, please email us to inquire about age exceptions.
Q: Can I access your scholarship application from your website?
A: Yes, here is the link to our SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Q: How can I add to the waitlist for a class/camp that is full?
Q: I can't remember if I added a purchase (knife, water bottle, etc) or adding camping during enrollment. How can I look that up?
A: Just log into your account. From the top right menu bar choose "Transactions." You will find each purchase you made here. You can also get to this page from the "Payments" section by clicking on "Transaction History." You can hit the printer icon to print a statement or transaction summary.
Q: I need to update my method of payment for my installment payments. How can I do that?
A: Just log into your account. You should land on your home page. Then just "edit" to edit your payment information.
Q: Do you run custom/private classes?
A: We are able to accommodate private classes on a very limited basis. Click Here for more info
Q: Do you allow dogs at class?
A: We do not allow pets at classes. Service Dogs are welcome.
