SURVIVAL BOWS
A bow is one of the oldest and coolest natural tools that humans have ever created! In this class we will teach you how to craft a quick and powerful bow using local Ashe Juniper or “Cedar” using nothing but a good quality outdoor knife and a hatchet. In just a matter of hours you will take a raw freshly cut sapling and turn it into an arrow shooting machine. We hope you join us at this super fun and informative class.
The class will cover:
-
Proper selection and harvesting Ash Juniper staves
-
New methods for getting the most out of your camp knife

Stave reduction and basic bow tillering
-
Methods for stringing your new bow
-
