AT MCKINNEY Falls
Join Earth Native Wilderness School Summer Camps for a summer of nature and fun! Our unique outdoor nature camps get kids outside exploring, connecting, and learning old school style (aka before the TV had 400 channels...). Earth Native taps into innate child's passions to inspire learning and outdoor play that leads to adventure and deep longterm connections to the outdoors. Your kids will have a blast, we promise!

Earth Native offers three nature-themed day camps for ages 4-12.
Camps run from 8am-2pm (with an option for a 4pm pick up for the older camps) at the amazing McKinney Falls State Park in Southeast Austin.
Choose from our popular Bushcraft Survival Camp, our super fun Nature Quest Camp, or, for your little ones, our Forest Explorers Camp.

Nature Quest Camp
Get ready for an unforgettable week of fun, adventure, and discovery in the great outdoors! Nature Quest Camp is one of our most-loved summer camps, and it’s no wonder why—your child will be captivated by the excitement of exploring nature, learning new skills and connecting with nature in an immersive hands-on experience.

Imagine noticing the delicate beauty of a wildflower, tasting tangy freshly plucked Wood Sorrel, discovering an intriguing wildlife track and wondering what creature left it, or playing thrilling hiding games among the trees. At Nature Quest Camp, these moments come to life as our skilled naturalist instructors guide campers through daily adventures filled with wonder and connection to the natural world.

Bushcraft Survival Camp
Ready for a week of adventure, hands-on learning, and outdoor fun? At Bushcraft Survival Camp, your child will dive into the world of wilderness survival, gaining confidence, self-reliance, and a host of incredible skills that make exploring the outdoors even more exciting!
Imagine learning to create fire by rubbing sticks together, navigating through wild landscapes with ease, identifying edible and medicinal plants, building sturdy shelters in the woods, or catching sunfish by handline in a sparkling creek. Every day is packed with thrilling challenges and activities designed to inspire curiosity and empower young explorers.

Forest Explorers Camp

Does your little one light up at the thought of outdoor adventures? At Forest Explorers Camp, each day is a journey into the wonders of nature, where curiosity leads the way, and discovery is around every corner.

Imagine tracking the footprints of wild animals, calling out to hawks soaring overhead, or marveling at the shimmering threads of a spider web. From spotting frog eggs in the water to exploring hidden forest trails, your child will dive into a world of magic and wonder. Every moment is a chance to explore, learn, and connect.

Our days are filled with dynamic activities tailored to inspire young adventurers. Sharing circles, captivating stories, and hands-on games set the stage for hiking, climbing, building, and uncovering nature’s hidden secrets.
