One of the most important survival skills that you can possess is the ability to construct an adequate shelter to protect yourself from the elements. Though it might seem fairly straight forward, creating a shelter that is water tight and that will retain enough heat to keep you alive (and hopefully comfortable) can be extremely challenging without prior experience. In this course our skilled instructors will teach you the core principals behind every great shelter.

 

Participants will then put their new knowledge to the test by constructing shelters and spending the night in them.
