In this comprehensive, hands-on class, you'll:

• Learn to confidently identify a variety of wild edible and medicinal plants, recognizing both their benefits and their habitats.

• Practice sustainable harvesting techniques, gathering seasonal wild plants while ensuring ecological balance.

• Taste delicious wild foods thoughtfully prepared in advance by your instructor.

• Work alongside fellow participants to create and enjoy a unique wild food dish together, celebrating your day's harvest.

• Receive valuable resources and guidance to support your ongoing foraging adventures.

 

Your instructor, Roxy Huckabee, brings over a decade of experience in wild edible plant identification, harvesting, and preparation. Passionate about sharing her extensive knowledge and love of wild foods, Roxy will guide you through every step, ensuring a rewarding experience for beginners and seasoned foragers alike.
