Wildcraft Wines

Spend the day with us exploring the immeasurable possibilities of Central Texas wild foraging to create simple wildcrafted wines. People have been brewing and fermenting their own wine for thousands of years. Join their ranks as the class explores local wild yeasts, goes through the process of preparing a simple wild wine, and discusses expanded possibilities like hyper-local sodas and beers. Since the foraging landscape changes with the seasons, the opportunities to explore this skill and get creative are endless!
