Natural Containers
Did you know that you can make a cactus pad into a pouch to hold water or use river cane to create a vial? Perhaps you have looked at the Ligustrum tree’s bark and wondered how you can make this into a bag or pouch. Containers and pouches were prized possessions of primitive cultures used to store food, carry materials and much more. Come join us for the day learning about different types of plants and how to create functional containers from them!
